This month’s Attorney Spotlight introduces you to Real Estate Attorney Frank Campoamor.
Frank Campoamor has substantial experience in a full range of commercial and residential real estate transactions and business transactions. Frank’s real estate practice includes commercial and residential real estate acquisitions and sales, title assurance, commercial leasing, real estate financing, commercial loan documentation, real estate development, and construction. Frank’s corporate practice includes the formation and governance of corporate, partnership and other business organizations, mergers and acquisitions, contract review and drafting, and outside general counsel services. His clients include developers, investors, entrepreneurs, contractors, commercial landlords and tenants, financial institutions, businesses, and individuals.
Mr. Campoamor has significant experience handling complex transactions, which have included the $15 million sale of a multi-acre parcel to a developer and a $26 million M&A deal. In addition, he also has represented clients in trademark and copyright registrations, among other matters.
A thought leader in his field, Mr. Campoamor has written articles on various real estate topics and serves as Chair of the Real Estate Section for the Collier County Bar Association.
